We are a growing, full-service design firm looking for a Project Coordinator. This position is a paid three-month internship, and will transition into a full-time project coordinator position upon completion, dependent on performance. A great candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent computer and writing skills, will be self-motivated and eager to learn.

The Project Coordinator's primary responsibility will be to assist our Project Manager in a variety of tasks including: tracking project status, completing various writing projects, preparing price quotes from printers and other vendors, proofing writing and design work, communicating with clients and vendors, organizing online and paper files, assisting with preparation/review of time sheets and invoices, assisting with Electric Pen's own marketing efforts.
